California bans trucks, trailers and refers in about a week

Well when the public sees their winter produce prices go through the roof you are going to hear about it. They are destroying the small business owner

 

The DMV isn't stopping you from paying for or receiving tags like they do with smog certificate. Everyone seems to be blaming everyone else for the mixed info.Make a law, put it in the vehicle code or to me its all scare tactics. The companies that have paid fines all paid them in lieu of litigation. SO they volunteer to settle instead of go to court.Read the CARB website, it says they will check for excessive smoke and or tampering of emission control devices. Thats Nothing new people. BUT everyone is acting like they are going to impound your truck and load.I'm not saying that they can't enforce fines , but lets see what happens when courts get clogged with this.DMV and CHP will give up All those fees that we pay? Then who will pay for welfare babies to have the California dream life they deserve?

 

And I would like see the CHP officers get tickets for having their cruisers idle for hours on end.

Over near bakersfield the carb guy was idling his van while giving out tickets to truckers so i hear.

I'd imagine the 8-9 year old cheapo aerodynamic trucks would be beat to hell anyways. They should be fair and ban all cars older than 2007 as well. If I'm gonna be cut off, I want it to be by shiny new cars. Oh wait, they need trucks to deliver cars.

 

Saving the planet by scrapping several hundred thousand cars. I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen, Cali logic is pretty ####ed if you ask me.

 

Lol if they want to fix goal warming they should ban the sale or in port of new cars, and all other consumer goods. Hey it makes them feel good and that's what california is about, feeling good.
