Was anyone affected by the recent FBI investigation into allegations of bribery of DMV CDL examiners in Sacramento?
What happened?
There was a stink about the low pass rate at the West Sacramento CDL field office, turns out that none of the examiners there were being bribed, resulting in higher pass rates at other field offices.

California is so far behind the times. We've been doing this in Illinois for years......

I don't care if there is a written test but someone needs to teach these people how to drive. I am just baffled at the ignorant driving I see daily. Following way to close , cooking brakes on hills. There is no training at these cdl schools where English is the 3rd language.

I am just wondering what happened to anyone who got caught up in this investigation with the school that bribed the DMV employees without their knowledge...

I will go out on a limb here and say 99.9% of the cases involved people south of us that are not suppose to be here they are not eligible or they are simply to ignorant to get a cdl legally. Despite putting the test in Spanish keep in mind alot of our migrants are extremely ignorant and cant read their own language.
