California DMV fraudulent CDL testing

The people in question were indian not hispanic

 

I remember that back around 2000-2003.

 

I agree it's a lot of people but it's not from all over the world, the trucking industry is being flooded with 2 nationalitys Indian and Russian you can get teqnical on where exactly they hail from or how many gods they prey to if they are Punjabis or Seiks but for the sake of keeping it simple Indian and Russian will do for the record I have no problem with these people for the most part they seem friendly but if you have little crappy cdl schools in Bakersfields owned by Punjabis and every student is a Punjabis none of them really know what's going on and so they find ways to cheat. If you have ever been to India and seen how they drive and what they drive it would not surprise you they come here and not one thing is understandable to them about our transportation system. In central America like Belize the entire country's road laws are on one piece of paper imagine coming here and seeing what it takes to get a cdl. I have concerns about whether even the legitimate schools have sufficient training. And I hope someday soon the russian drivers will buy some Levis because men don't wear sweat pants 7 days a week .

 

Agree 100% but Ive never seen a russian in sweats. Is that the stereotype? Hahah

 

The Illinois cdl scandal mostly concerned east Europeans, aka, Russians. Some Hispanics. The Chicago area is loaded with these companys all over the suburbs. A large number of them have been shut down, but they just reopen in a matter of weeks under a new name. Ive learned to spot their driving habits and 9 times out of ten Ill check the company location on the truck and its a Chicago suburb.

Stereotype yes but an earned one you don't notice because eastern Europeans look like Americans but the next driver you see wearing Adidas sweats it will undoubtedly be a Russian just listen for the accent I have never seen them wear anything else better yet the next truck you sit and wait for parked in the fuel island 20 min or more and the driver comes out in sweats it's 100% I can joke about this because I have a little Russian buddy who I team drove with for 6 months , these new cultures in trucking really do seen like decent people but I can't wait until they start to learn how we do things.

 

And how you do things?

 

I have actually caught Russian drivers shut down for the night in the fuel island got mad at me because I woke him up to move his truck. I have had them block the scales countless times . It's just little things and the most disturbing is when I see a certain nationality come out of the bathroom stall and walk out without washing their hands that #### freaks me out.

 

Understand. Is not only the nationality, but the personality also.
I am Eastern European, from Bulgaria, and also think is not appropriate to park in the fuel island, or not to wash your hands after going to WC. But that is how my parents learn me I do not live in USA, mostly live in Bulgaria, but I can assure you, I have seen many Americans or people from the West not to wash their hands, fart loud without any discomfort, and eat like a pigs, but I know that this is up to the person, not the whole nationality.
