    There's also Schneider and CR England.
    Schneider pay is all over the place. Some don't do well there at all and some do ok.

    Being only 21 will limit your options for getting hired. Most employers want drivers 23 or 25 or older.

    Yes I noticed that, I’ve applied at different places but so far Swift and Knight have reached out.

    Definitely, I also applied at DOT transportation inc as lual mentioned. They seem like a good place to start as well.

    You have to be patient with them, as they sometimes take awhile. If you don’t hear anything in a couple weeks, reach out. They receive a lot of applications and they thoroughly check backgrounds, employment history, etc. That takes time.
