    #### well that blows WTF. Getting on to west side Ave in north Bergen is like that. 2 turning lanes really tight and 2 lanes going the opposite direction with no divider. I've had a lot of close calls there

    Watched Video twice. I don't think loneranger did anything wrong. I would fight ticket. Normally I always blame the person that got hit for the accident. I think he did everything right. Just my two cents.

    Even if he was in the wrong lane does that give the other truck a free pass?
    That truck would have hit whatever other vehicle was in the right lane regardless

    Most states you have to yield to traffic that is occupying the lane that you want to merge into. No different than a on-ramp.
