I'm not sure if I wanna know... never mind. I do want to know. What did you do at c/s to get a reputation? Every time I end up at one of them I worry that I'll get a reputation for murdering something.

At a shipper. Guard says "park by yellow fence then walk over". So I do.

Then, after I get in the dock. Another Schneider comes flying in. Decides that the walk from the fence to the shipping office is too far and does this number.

Then he leaves and another one rolls in. Almost the same thing.

Meanwhile, trucks and yard jockeys are dodging them. Its pretty entertaining. And quite a bit sad.

Haa that looks like the back row at the Gary OC. Don't ya just wanna go and hide your orange trailer in the woods when you're in the same vicinity as Schneider idiots like that? Why wouldn't they at the very least, straighten their tractors out and form an organized mess.

C/S=customer service. They're the ones screwing up the times. Not C&S.

So after getting my "truck" back I get assigned a relay. The driver left the trailer in good condition and left a scale ticket showing a nice, balanced load. 11,220 S, 33,580 D, 33,400 trailer.

Only one little problem - the tandems are all the way back. Load originated in Indy, I'm in Gary and going to WI. Thus 43 feet is as far back as I can legally run. Set the tandems at 43' and weighed - 31,280 d 35720 trailer.

Think DOT would notice the tandems all the way back?

The scales in Wisconsin are usually closed on Sunday. Today would be the exception since you are headed that way. I'd run it where it is legal weight and take a chance on the bridge.

Kind of a moral dilemma if u have a student, but I think I'd be having a hoppy beverage 3 hours north of Gary eating a peanut butter burger
