Sitting up straight at least helps a bit but doesn’t eliminate the pain. Most of my height is in my legs so that’s a probability. And I’ve always kept my wallet in my front pocket (it’s harder to steal in addition to preventing problems).austinmike Thanks this.

No no… You’re talking about the back. I was referring to the bottom. That should be adjustable too, and it should make all the difference you need. Look down on the sides for knobs.

I’m thinking (and hoping) this is an injury from sitting in that worn seat for so long, as that’s when it started becoming a problem (albeit not as bad and has become worse over time). Perhaps the equivalent of walking in worn out shoes and developing stress fractures; it’s too late to get a new pair by then. You basically have to give it time to heal.

There are 2n one that moves the seat up & down and the other pushes out for back support.

Try this.

My 1st couple of months of OTR where hard on me until I got the seat right and I became accustomed to long stretches in the saddle. Same on horse, same on a motorcycle.
tscottme, austinmike and Zonno Thank this. -
I have done that as well and found that when the seat was touching the back wall of the cab it killed my back. When I got accustomed to slightly less leg room, but the seat didn’t touch the back wall my back pain eased. I went with a LowRide, low back seat so I can get it closer to the wall than a high back without touching the wall.Speed_Drums, gentleroger, austinmike and 1 other person Thank this.

I’ll try sliding my seat up slightly. Another thing being a daycab is that it’s bouncy. This definitely doesn’t help things.
Banker Thanks this. -
The seat in this thing nearly crippled me. Luckily only drove it a couple weeks
Walk Among Us, Banker and Zonno Thank this.
