Can’t sit in drivers seat for extended periods without aching.

I sit as far back as the seat will go as I’m in a daycab. I doubt the seat will recline but I’ll give it a try.

 

Sitting up straight at least helps a bit but doesn’t eliminate the pain. Most of my height is in my legs so that’s a probability. And I’ve always kept my wallet in my front pocket (it’s harder to steal in addition to preventing problems).

 

I’m thinking (and hoping) this is an injury from sitting in that worn seat for so long, as that’s when it started becoming a problem (albeit not as bad and has become worse over time). Perhaps the equivalent of walking in worn out shoes and developing stress fractures; it’s too late to get a new pair by then. You basically have to give it time to heal.

 

There are 2n one that moves the seat up & down and the other pushes out for back support.

 

I’ll try sliding my seat up slightly. Another thing being a daycab is that it’s bouncy. This definitely doesn’t help things.
