Recently sent in application. Fresh out of cdl school. I have 2 speeding tickets on my record one in 2007 and one in 2010. No accidents. military background. Could these tickets disqualify me from tmc ?
Can 2 speeding tickets disqualify you from approval?

The one in 2007 won t really matter since most companies look back over your MVR for the last 3-5 yrs. As far as the one in 2010, as long as its not 15 over the limit, you should be fine. If its 15 over the limit, they may tell you to reapply once its over 3 years old

How fast over where u going?
-
10 mph about
-
10 mph shouldn t hurt. If that s the only ticket you had in the last 3-5 yrs as you mentioned. I wouldn t see why they would not hire you
-
Yep that's all. They ran my record and wanted to know how fast over I was going for the two I had on my record.

As mentioned int he other thread, TMC allows 2. 3 and ur fired. The first one may not count since its over 3 years ago. If you start on the week of the 6th I'd probaly be your trainer since your from philly.
