Can a D.O.T put a driver out of service because a driver didnt speak 100% english????

    O he is for real and i think it was him not his "driver" I like the way he said he was on the phone when "driver" was talking to DOT ...Yes right on put him out of service

    LOl , go to any other country in the world ( I have been to a lot ) and when stoped by the police, if you cant answer simple questions in their language, expect to be delt a hard time, should be no different here. I know a few police and firemen that deal with people all the time that cant "speak english" so they can play the I did not understand card, example I did not know I need insurence on all my cars, I did not know I needed a licence, I just have a permit. the list goes on and on. they knew the english language at the time of testing for their CDL , but they for get how to speak it , when the time is right. I am greatefull that the officer took the time to do the right thing.
