Can a previous employer send my old logs to DOT as a punishment?

    Thanks for all the replies! I also think they are just talking..... I hesitate to name them as this still ongoing.. But I learned my lesson about this tanker company from AZ.

    Somtimes they did ask us to "bend" the rules and I know not all the bol times will match what the logs say as those particular bols are never shown during their DOT audit. We had to mark each questionalble bol we sent in so it could "vanish"..

    Im just asking for my fair pay and chalk it up to a learning experience

    Laugh at them and flip them the finger. Only morons would do something that could cost them lots more than it would ever cost the driver. I beat this bunch closed the car door on their parts for fun?
