swift doesn't pay enough to keep a good flatbedder around , and the ones that have stuck around were sucking you know what for gas money just to make ends meet in that fleet .....

I saw Howard Transportation hires people from acceptable schools, never heard anything about them. Looks like BTC hires newbies too, never heard about them either.
