    What are the odds of a rookie driver going into flatbed right out of school. Its what i want to do i just can see myself being a fat dock bumper. :biggrin_25515:

    Yes. There are many companies that take rookies. Just to name a few are TMC, Maverick, and Boyd Brothers.

    swift doesn't pay enough to keep a good flatbedder around , and the ones that have stuck around were sucking you know what for gas money just to make ends meet in that fleet .....

    I saw Howard Transportation hires people from acceptable schools, never heard anything about them. Looks like BTC hires newbies too, never heard about them either.
