If the ticket comes from a speeding camera it cannot be enforced unless a officer serves it to you in person. It is the biggest scam that exist. Nothing will happen to you at all if you throw it away. I have done so on the couple I got in Arizona years ago. As well as family members. It is a way to make money nothing more nothing less. All those speed cameras are monitored and issue tickets from a 3rd party company. Not the state

They cannot prove it was you who was driving. The tickets are sent to the registered owner. How can they prove without a doubt that it was the owner of the vehichle driving? That ticket has no basis in court. As all traffic tickets in person are given to the driver of the vehicle regardless of the owner. -

I’ve gone over the one that is on I-85 in Alabama. All I'm saying is "just toss it" can be very costly advice. Even if the vehicle is from out of state, the vehicle owner's driving privileges or the vehicle's registration can be suspended in the state were the violation occurred. -
