Can any of you guys recommend a good company to lease on to?

    Bigger companies pay less but at least they fix their crap.

    Smaller companies won't unless they absolutely have to.

    I would suggest looking into Greatwide. It is agent based, or you can apparently go "central dispatch". Out of the 3 companies I have leased to, I wish I would have started there and would have only had the one company rather than 3. That said, there are some folks on here that are leased to Landstar. For them though you would have to get hazmat. I would recommend at least at a minimum getting your tanker endorsement. You will need it for some loads, in dry van or flatbed. Like fluid that is totes, etc.
