It isn't about you, it is a lot of people who come here as try to say they are innocent or they are a victim without filling in the blanks. Many of us have been around a long time and heard most of if not all the stories.

Even just in a thread on any forum, people don't read everything and many posters post incomplete information which for the most part people have to assume things (me included) that are not true..

What ticks me off is when someone posts a story and then won't answer any questions, I try to break down the issue by asking questions to get more clarity, but ...

I still think the Feds need to address this, and, damages paid to you.

After reading the timeline of events I think I could see where Mass automated system might disqualified you. Possibly by mistake. If I followed the chain of events you moved to Mass after the duis but before your CDL. Then you moved back to Florida. Fast forward to current times when Massachusetts is reviewing all of their old licenses to try and cover their ### after their most recent f up. Here comes your file with 2 DUI's with the second having a refusal to blow. This data is now available from the states talking together. So the parameters they have set for the automated system said, banned from a CDL. To them it makes no difference that you are now in Florida because at one time you held a Massachusetts License, and to them it doesn't matter that the offenses were well before you got a CDL. Most likely it was the refusal to blow charge that was the tipping point. I'm hoping your lawyer can find a fast solution but Massachusetts might be willing to stand their ground on this one (not saying I agree with them).

But you were in Massachusetts between the DUI's and your cdl correct. If so did you have a regular Massachusetts license for that time?

But in 2009 to 2011 it was a Massachusetts license correct. When my home state started getting data from other states they did the same thing and started pulling licenses. Still not saying what they did is right, but trying to show what probably happened.

yes that is exactly what happend, mass was given consent to obtain my DL record for history purposes only, according to my lawyer, and i understand why mass did it, and i understand i wouldnt be able to convert to mass CDL, i just dont understand where they get off suspending my FL licence...

truckingtruth piggybacks off this TTR website. That clown takes information from TTR and uses it on his website. Been doing that for years.

Do not think this just a MA thing. We had three MI CDL drivers lost there license's from DUI's in one from IL one from TN and one from OH. This is for real stuff guy's they all got lawyer's and got them back. The one from IL took over a year. The reason is it a CDL and you must comply to all state laws because you have the right to travel in all states. Was at the SOS in MI a women was getting her license renewed and she found out her licence was suspended by OH for a speeding ticket that was unpaid. They wouldn't renew her plate for her car either cause the car was in her name.

I make significantly less than a Walmart driver and I run flatbed. I and many other would NEVER drive for a co like that because of all their ridiculous rules and restrictions. I'll sacrifice $ for happiness. My co gives me a lot of leeway, no micromanaging and a truck I really like. This keeps me content. Lots of other drivers feel like I do as well.

What type of freight do you haul? Do you have dedicated freight from any customers or do you work with brokers/off a load board?
