Can any state pull your CDL for dui from 15yr before you got your CDL? They just did!!!!

I wouldn't compare an unpaid speeding ticket from another state suspending your home state.

To

2 dui's on a home state license prior to get cdl and being revoked by another state. After the fact..

Unless they were outstanding which sounds like his have been settled.

 

When he left Florida, and got his MA license in2009-11, he became disqualified for life for his previous 2 dui's.

 

i hear ya, i am going to get all sorts of replies on this one, but yea my rig is actually a 40 ft hot shot flatbed, we usually get no respect from the community, but you asked!! i am 66 ft overall so give me a break!
i have a few direct customers near my home base to help me get loads out of florida, but i work mostly off dat/truckstop.

right, i could understand if i had any offenses in mass, but i dont...everything was settled paid in full/completed
the reason it is after the fact is mass just got its nationwide computers online and recieved my driving record because i probably had to authorize them to search it when i went back for 2 year in 2009,

 

but how can i be disqualified for life when there are many trucking companies that have drivers with 2 or more dui on their DL

 

sorry, but better to know now than spend countless hours and money for this end result.

 

i already have a mass dui lawyer that says this shouldnt be, mass has no right due to the facts the dui were in fl and i was licenced in fl,
but if that fails, mass does give the board of appeals the power to remove the disqualification after 10 years, its been 13! just a longer drawn out process, and more a@@ kissing

 

here is a DUI scenario

State A goes back 10 yrs counts all DUI from every state in order to determine if it's going to be a first or 2nd
State B only goes back 5yrs

MA, state law states that any driver holding a MA license with 2 previous DUI, private vehicle included, banned for life from obtaining a CDL

 

those drivers never had there licence issued in a state that band CDL for life for 2 dui's, regardless of licence type.
