Can any state pull your CDL for dui from 15yr before you got your CDL? They just did!!!!

i hear ya, i am going to get all sorts of replies on this one, but yea my rig is actually a 40 ft hot shot flatbed, we usually get no respect from the community, but you asked!! i am 66 ft overall so give me a break!
i have a few direct customers near my home base to help me get loads out of florida, but i work mostly off dat/truckstop.

right, i could understand if i had any offenses in mass, but i dont...everything was settled paid in full/completed
the reason it is after the fact is mass just got its nationwide computers online and recieved my driving record because i probably had to authorize them to search it when i went back for 2 year in 2009,

 

but how can i be disqualified for life when there are many trucking companies that have drivers with 2 or more dui on their DL

 

i already have a mass dui lawyer that says this shouldnt be, mass has no right due to the facts the dui were in fl and i was licenced in fl,
but if that fails, mass does give the board of appeals the power to remove the disqualification after 10 years, its been 13! just a longer drawn out process, and more a@@ kissing
