If I move out of California today and take my trucking company with me, California will continue to tax my income from the company for up to 10 years. Yeah I know, I'm leaving as soon as possible and starting a new company in another state.

The main question in this thread is: with all the switching back and forth between MA and FL, did both states actually revoke/cancel their license each time OR did the OP technically have 2 licenses at the same time for several of those years?

If the MA license remained "valid" during the time when the DUIs occurred then the OP was technically subject to those laws/rules of that state.

In that case, although he was caught, charged and convicted in FL, an existing MA DL would have been affected as well. And after MA finally linking up DBs, the charge would have appeared and caused the W40.
