First I would go get a DOT physical. You'll probably need a doctor's 'mother may I" to get considered anywhere.
If the doc clears you to drive you may have a bit of an uphill battle, but I think your chances of getting hired greatly increase. -
Schneider, US Xpress, and Swift would probably be the easiest to get on with. Their new trucks should be all autos by now.
A lot of companies are going towards autos lately. You shouldn't have any problems finding one that fits for you.
I think Abilene may be making the switch (someone can correct me if I'm wrong)
They're a highly touted company on this site.purpleprime Thanks this. -
I have my dot my doctor said i would have to have a auto ima look around

Phone number deleted
Here's a recruiters direct line. Her name is Dawn.
Really though Swift is not a place I think you'd want a contract.Last edited by a moderator: Feb 5, 2016

Which company
-
TransAm runs autos, don't they?

That was a Swift recruiters direct line. I'd be wary of Swift though. Seems like now is not a good time for the company.
I've also heard that about TransAm too, @Sipesh
