Can anyone point me to a company hiring new CDL holders (no exp) during covid?

    Personally, I think you used the some mega to
    Get your CDL, then quit after a week, because you
    Never had any intentions of going OTR.
    Went home and got some local rag tag job,
    That dried up now ,due to this covid 19.
    Now it's too late to get back in.
    That's just my opinion.

    Your mother getting sick exactly a week after you
    Get your CDL and you have to go home.
    Could have happened, if it's true then you got
    Really bad luck.

    A lot of companies or I would even say most have stopped training. They are trying to keep the driver that have working. My company ask for 23 driver to take volunteer layoff. I was surprised 23 actually took the deal. They also closed their little truck driving school.

    It's hard time to try getting into trucking. Might have lower standards and call CR England. They probably always hiring when they put 3 guys in one truck.
