i did actually read a god amount of it. sounds like a great company. i had a careless driving charge from a june 2008 accident, and its not 3 years old yet, so there is not too many companies that will take me on yet.

do NOT go to kennedy, no predictable miles, your pay will be all over the place at this point in their little game, their equipment WILL break down every month(at least!) and be prepared to slipseat bimonthly when it does break down.
they cheat you out of miles, with a formula that no one can figure out, so they say .40 cpm, but in practical miles it probably works out to .36-37 cpm.
ps, if Atkinson freight lines will take you, go there. Its the last teamster Truckload company i have heard of, and they pay you WELL for all the work you do. you get paid to work the dock if you are required, you get paid 38.2 cpm for all miles, layover pay every night you sleep in the truck, and a bunch of other stuff. I have talked to a few of their drivers before, and if you are going to try kennedy, you might as well get paid for your work and go try atkinson freight.
