Can anyone recommend company's who offer refresher courses?

I have been driving local 53" flatbed delivering drywall to construction sites. I'm a confident driver (10 speed Freightliner)
In Phoenix traffic madness. I have zero OTR experience. The company I'm with has never open a DAC on me. (I've been with em for 8 months. I am looking for a company that will put me with a drivers trainer for a few weeks. I am all so looking to relocate to North Carolina, not that it matters as much as getting the needed OTR experience. I have been doing my own home work and found Averitt and a couple others who wont hire me due to long hair/mustache. (#### hippies anyway!)

Anyone who can help with some advice other than "Get a hair cut." I'd really appreciate it!
