    Pete,

Both had to be 12" and NO I DID NOT TOUCH, NOR MEASURE. The first guy, I got out of the truck and looked at him and said and I quote, "You're one nasty MF'er." I didn't look no further. Plus all the gay porn and used rubbers laying in the bunk was a nice decorative touch.

    Rich,

I mis spoke when I said a IRS thing. I knew it had to do with the fed's and there may be a newer rule, but it goes along with the anti money laundering rules. When I find the exact one, I'll post it. Let's face it, not many folks have $100K in a bag and do not claim ownership of it when stopped. I've been on countless stops where one of our guys has made a large cash seizures and no matter if it's one person or 3-4 people in the car. They always do the same thing, "not mine." The black market, the drug trade, the counterfeit clothes/DVD's/CD's all transport their proceeds by vehicle. Hard to launder money in a financial institution with the paper trail it leaves.

    Condo,

I can honestly tell you no it has not crossed my mind. My folks didn't raise me that way. I'm the same person who found $14 dollars laying in the grass median while I was conducting a traffic stop. Took the $14 dollars back and processed it as found property. I'm not losing my job for money. Nor am I going to jail for money that is not mine. I have seen officer's get fired and even saw one get some jail time for doing just what you asked. They thought they would not get caught, and they did. Temptation is a terrible thing and a weak person wil cave in to it. I'm not rich, hell I'm not living comfortable. I live pay check to paycheck because of the salary I make. I live like many of you. But I knew going into it I would not be living the life of a movie star for doing what I do.

Ew. Why not throw the used rubbers away? I dont judge for being gay, but used rubbers, lol, nasty...

Oh, and as far as money, when you cross the northern border, all the customs booths and offices have big signs that say "ANY CURRENCY OR FINANCIAL DEVICES EXCEEDING $10,000 US DOLLARS (or canadian dollars on the other side), MUST BE REPORTED TO CUSTOMS, OR FORFEITURE MAY OCCUR.

And i have been asked multiple times if i have more than $10,000 in my truck. Makes me want to roll my eyes..lol.

That's the actual law you guys are talking about. It's across US borders, not state borders.

    Adieu Thanks this.
