    After recent lawsuit brought against a company over females trainers (the lack of)

    I find it highly doubtful that ANY man will be getting a female trainer going forward. They will be holding them in reserve specifically for female trainees. Who more often than not, request a female trainer.

    I wouldnt want a female trainer anyways unless she was shapely & not a big fat pig like most female drivers you see out there..

    My point was, I believe you will have a choice.

    We have female mentors who train men. We have male mentors who train women. However, people involved are asked whether they are comfortable with it or would they prefer a same sex mentor. I would imagine USA would be the same way.

    It's called EQUAL rights, something women wanted from back in the 70's. (to be treated EQUAL with men at the workplace). So, this has brought on Male/female closeness in the workplace, including trucking. My 3rd wife was a co-driver the company put on my truck for a week or two. Get use to it. There will be a day when you're running solo and dispatch will tell you to pick-up a broke down driver somewhere and get her back to the yard. Notice I said "her". Can you say "cozy" ?
