Can I get a cdl with a fleeing and eluding charge?

I have a aluding police with a motor vehicle and a speeding ticket but the aluding was a bad charge that they plead me out to it's a misdemeanor charge and I'm on probation and I am getting ready to graduate from CDL training school it is a 2 year old charge on aluding and a year on the speeding I can't find a company to give me a job

 

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help me find a job because in Kentucky the commonwealth state will destroy you anyway they can but if anyone was to do a little research on this what I was telling them they would see that I never aluded the police at all

 

How much over the speed limit?

 

That reminds me of a couple of my buddies in high school that ran moonshine on weekends. That was in Tennessee.

 

You are still on probation? Do they allow you to leave the state?

 

Yeah, you'll find that even the slimiest of carriers won't want a guy who was reckless behind the wheel AND has temper bad enough to catch himself a felony. Getting a CDL in your case would be a waste of time and money. Try used car sales or working as a bouncer. Debt collection might also work with your record.

 

Especially in the current general freight market--don't be surprised to find that later on--worthwhile carriers will be fleeing and eluding you....as well.
