Potentially, it could come to a point that all convicted felons will not be able to get a CDL. Only time will tell on this one.

SADLY & UNFORTUNATELY, there are only 3 people that I can trust to keep a secret: me, myself, & I:
    1)
Also, SADLY & UNFORTUNATELY, this includes my own family, both immediate & relatives.
    2) The best bet to keeping one's past in the past, is to NOT confide in anyone.
    3) I personally have had to learn this the hard way.
    4) ONE MAJOR EXCEPTION - job applications: leaving out information that needs to be disclosed is a sure way to either not being hired or being fired when certain information from one's past is found out.

I would not hire you, you would not make the cut under our company policy. Hire a lawyer and try to get the charges reduced to something not auto related if possible.

Well, now that you mention it, he said it was a charge for "Alluding", so maybe it was just a case of vaguely slandering somebody? Heck, that happens on the CB radio every day!!! Certainly is a LOT less than a charge of Eluding...

    Jamie01 and Hatt91 Thank this.
