Can I get a Washington State CDL through Jim Palmer Trucking?

I got my first cdl in Montana. Was living in Texas at the time and it was easy to transfer it over. Just pay the $$. You should check with Wa dmv. But don't bother with the hazmat endorsement until you do your home state license, as it probably won't transfer.
