Can I get into trucking while on a misdemeanor probation?

I got my CDL on April 10th of 2024 with an automatic restriction in Indiana while my background was on pending. what most people don't know ( including myself) is that NO ONE will hire you if you're on pending. not even Doller General would hire you let alone a trucking company. I have accepted a plea deal for invasion of privacy class A misdemeanor and probation. I'm a first offender and just waiting to meet the judge in three weeks. Hopefully I'll get unsupervised probation, but if not, I can always ask my PO to travel out of state.
with that being said, I have two questions.

1) Can I start my career as a truck driver while on probation?
2) what good companies should I consider?

I understand about the "apply now and call later" but should I disclose with them that I'm on probation or just leave it at "I have an A misdemeanor"?

(NOTE: before you say anything rude, We all had our troubles, I just happened to be friends with a devil. Some girl that I was friends with accused me of stalking her. all she has is screenshots of our friendly convo. police took her word for it and did no investigation or interviews. I'm taking the plea deal bc juries are known to be none logical people and my chance of going to prison with a felony is a 50%. There's a lot of innocent people in prison right now, i just rather have the plea deal than a 50% 50%. so please, be nice to everyone. No one in this world is perfect. And be careful who you make friends with.)
