Just wondering if I can go somewhere else other then staying with swift after going thru their company paid training and will other trucking companies take someone who came from swift training and has no experience as of yet?

Absolutely, but they would be hard to find and it is most likely you would be far unhappier with that company than with Swift.

As long as you're not attending Swift school companies will hire you.People do that all the time but you'll have to go thru training again.

Yes but you're going to have problems doing it. My advice is to stick out Swift and get some miles behind you.... you will have many more choices with some "scarring"

It will be the same as when you went to swift. You will go through training again, and you will be on the hook for whatever you promised to pay swift, plus the contract you sign with the next company.

So why do you want to bail from Swift before you even start ?

Get your CDL then bail for "greener pastures"? Not off to a good start kid. Not a good start at all.

It's not that I wanna bail so quick on them but from what I heard their mentors don't really care about training their students plus I thought if I would learn anything in 50 hours they are required to sit in the passenger seat watching and the rest of your 240 teaming
