Can I remove the passenger seat from a company truck?

Well, unless you plan on installing the Binford 9000 office a/c, not sure what you have planned. I had a friend hang a 110v a/c out the passenger window when parked. If the seat shakes, you may have driveline/vibration issues, and companies generally don't want the driver touching anything but the controls. 50 drivers will have 50 ways of doing something. You can take a small ratchet strap and secure it to the floor, but I wouldn't bother with it.

Modifying company equipment should be avoided, and you A/C idea is destined for immediate failure, so just forget about these ill-advised ideas.
The biggest 'modification' i ever did to company trucks was that I brought my own Hella H4 halogen headlights, and replaced the lousy square sealed-beam units it came with. Took all of 5 minutes each time I got a different unit to drive....Chi Town Steers and El Hueso Thank this. -

Removing the passenger seat gives a guy room for in-laws, wife, 3 kids, dogs, chickens, E-Bike charger, P P jugs etc.
