Can I request a black person as my trainer without being racist ? Werner

    I doing my training with Werner Enterprise , My last 3 trainer was redneck (those people are racist ) we din't get along because he was playing the race card on me several time long story .. To be honest I get along with black people much better then white that the way I am , because we understand each other much better . My question is would I get in trouble if I ask my SDM (student Driver Management ) for a black person to be my trainer ??? You got to understand I don't feel combatable with white people I sorry but that the way i'm .. When I was growing up most of them were very racist to me , I don't trust them anymore .

    Look I had try to work with those people be polite , show them respect The only thing I get back is rudeness , playing the race card on me personal ... One time he told to go fast like 20 mph on a parking lot at TA ,

    You can ask sure. Doesn't mean you will get it. And honestly, you are coming across as racist. If you want to do this job and succeed, you best learn to deal with people that don't understand you and vice versa. It's part of the job, hell it's part of life. I would say suck it up and finish training and stop whining.

    If I got a Black trainer and asked for a white trainer then I bet I would be the Racist HMMMMMM...Last three trainers were Rednecks HMMM again!

    I just have to laugh at this. I will assume you are black and if I were to refer to you as THOSE PEOPLE what would I be? REDNECK is a racist term same as CRACKER or #####. IMO. But who am I to judge? I'm sure it's all part of cultural transgressions (not sure that's the right word) the race card has been played Mam/Sir and I think you are the one who should look at who is calling the kettle black.
