No, if you can afford the insurance, assuming there’s an insurance company that will take the risk..
Of course it matters how old the dui is so unless you want to disclose more details..that’s all I got!

Funny you should say that, as years ago, it was the only way many with poor records got into trucking. It was a loose game, and with deregulation and shoddy rules, if you had a truck, you were trucking. It was literally that easy. Today, I'm not so sure. The shysters we worked for years ago are long gone, and today regulations are a "one size fits all", and nobody is exempt. You may find someone willing to put you on, but only the good companies make it today.
