I've been driving for a total of 10 months. 2 with CRST, no accidents with CRST. I left CRST. Horrible experience being my first company. I was with Swift for 8 months. I was recently terminated from Swift Transportation because I had 3 backing accidents. Now, the accidents wasn't DOT recordable. Nor was it severe enough to go on my MVR or CDLIS. One was a small dent to the backend of another drivers sleeper. No holes. Didn't get out and look enough. Plus I was getting frustrated. Had to reset myself 3 times. Another incident I hurt myself, didn't have a lot of experience backing with my tandems all the back at a final dropping an empty trailer to dead head home. I got to close to the empty trailer in front of me put a scratch in my hood and crushed my head light a little bit. I reset myself 4 times. Just couldn't get it Some learning experiences indeed. So now, I am currently not driving at the moment. So should I wait a while to drive for another company? Or will a company out there still accept me?
Can I still drive?

You need to start making applications. You are hireable.

Western Express? But when you do go back out, get out and look when backing. I don't cars how many times I have to get out and look, even if I've only moved a few feet, I'm not going to hit anything. When you start to get frustrated is when things go bad.

Where is your location; we need to know the hiring area you live in.

@Chinatown might be able to help...
But I would SERIOUSLY think about going back to school and figure out how to properly back. Driving down the road is the (relatively) easy part. Backing is the bread and butter of your paycheck.
... and I mean that in no disrespect to you, but it reads like you either haven't had enough training, or you might need to rethink your job path. Damage is damage... The company has to pay for it to get fixed regardless if it's re-portable or not.rabbiporkchop Thanks this. -
