Can I still get my hazmat certification if I was arrested six years ago?

Agreed, I hate when bickering starts, but have a hard time not chiming back in, after further insinuations continue. My bad.
To clarify myself to you,, many times on these forums ppl will ask similar questions, but not be completely honest with the details.
Since part of your original post wasn't accurate, I just wanted to make sure the main (other) part was accurate, so that the answer would be correct, for your situ.

 

No one ever said that a LEO's eyewitness testimony makes someone guilty. I said it makes him a credible witness. It's up to a jury to decide guilt or innocence.

 

Sounds to me like you may of had a few bad run ins with some police officers. Thats not my fault, KW Cajuns fault or the fault of the officers you had run ins with. When you say we don't know what we are talking about, then prove the opposite, and you come back with nothing but childish implications such as "truck stop lawyers" or we are lying about being ex LEOS's, it's insulting to us and it makes you look foolish. Good on you mate. My cop life wasn't good. There were very few cops out there that I would be willing to lay my life down for. Which is the reason I no longer am one. Because I have true honor and integrity. Not because I want a paycheck and the power to screw with people. With that, I will exit this conversation. No offense intended in anything I said. Only truth.
