Can I strap my spillkit on catwalk with bungie cords?

    Your right. It is pretty much subjective, and depends on the mood of the Officer. I am sure they could get you for this type of stuff, if they wanted too.

    so if you MUST have a WLL to secure something to the truck...

    Why can you secure your tarp to a truck with bungees?

    Question I cannot answer myself, but will add that many a timber is secured in the landing gear web on flatbeds. I also went to straps to keep them secured, I never had one fall out myself but do not want a hassle from the castle.

    Thing was it was 1 of my own trucks , guy had just started 2 weeks before .
