    Basically, you just can't use personal conveyance to further your load.

    I just don't understand.... Personal conveyance must be something that is for the sole benefit of the driver himself. If you can't comprehend that then how in the hell are you going to comprehend street signs? Some of you guys make this job harder than it is..... And it is seriously an easy freaking job
