A salty oldster waved us all aside, I'll see you at the shop. And drove the truck that could not be driven.
To this day I am not sure what he had to do to make that happen, but I can tell you it was difficult to keep up with him in the spare truck.truckdriver31 Thanks this. -
On FLD 120, when the ball and socket wear out on the clutch linkage, you have to drive real careful. Drove about 20 miles to Truck Stop in Ontario CA once.

You can't use the posts.
There needs to be an inverter in between the power source and the rice cooker.
The rice cooker I have draws more than 300 watts, according to my meter it works out to 316 watts at 120 volts, lowering the voltage raises the wattage - 115 volts gave me 327 watts.
Do not know why but that is what it is.
So with that, the inverter I have on the bench produces 115 volts, so using that you will draw 2.8 amps at 115 volts.
BUT that does not mean it takes 327 watts from the inverter with the 12 - 14 volt source. There is overhead on the conversion within the inverter, it averages at 10% so that turns out to be 360 watts.
Now it depends on the voltage of the input of the inverter, it can be as low as 12 volts and high as 14.
So at 12 volts you need 30 amps
So at 14 volts you need 26 amps
Most posts won't handle more than 15 amps.
