Can not access 2012 Volvo VNL -in cab - Blower Motor -

Can not access 2012 Volvo VNL -in cab - Blower Motor -

I have everything off --and I'm down to the blower motor but can not figure out how
to take the cover off to ACCESS the blower motor -- believe it - its encased with this cover and has
CLIPS that are holding it on - if i remove the CLIPS I could not replace them with out
destroying them --- I looked for a release of some sort but nothing that i can see --

Has anyone taken one of these off ?

I've seen the video online but its not like my 2012 Volvo

 

Thanks Nasriza - --- I used a knife blade to take out the silver clips ------

but .. after taking the unit out - its not going in as easy - frankly i made a
mess - and I'm not entirely sure that the issue was fixed - it may have not been the
CONTROL UNIT i changed out ..... ??? the motor works - its running.
