Well, the thread was bumped for a reason. We can try to answer for whoever else that uses the search function in the future.

 

Bmore trucker bumped it asking if Prime ever sent it.
Again, considering that the OP hasn't been here since August 2014, I highly doubt he'll come back to answer the question. Anyone that searches for this, or a similar topic, will find that this thread remains unanswered by the OP.

Just saying, people should check the last post date.

Kinda useless to not even try because of an old date. It's not that important.

People have been known to come back from hiatus.

 

It doesn't matter, the company can't hold your license if it has been issued, you need it to drive. Your temp will expire and you can always go to the nearest DMV and ask for another copy. It can be sent anywhere you want. Once you pass, you have your CDL.
