Can Prime Inc. hold my CDL

I had passed my CDL test on a Friday and got my license Saturday. In Missouri they give you a paper copy while you wait for your hard copy. I had got into an accident during my TNT phase and was let go before I got my hard copy. My question is can Prime hold my CDL or do they have to send me my hard copy?

The DMV sends you the license, to Prime, they can not stop that, if you got the paper, you’ll get the hard copy
