Let me start off by saying I'm a Class B Driver with over 12 years experience. I have zero points on my MVR; however, I do have two seat belt violations on my record within the last three years. Other than that, I do not have any moving violation tickets on my record and no accidents. Would my seat belt violations keep an employer from considering hiring me? I'm out of work right now and looking for employment. Any input on the subject would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Thanks, I know it's a lame question, but it has me stressing out. I have no "real" moving violations (speeding, wreckless driving, etc) but also realize in some states, seatbelt violations are considered moving violations. Here in Indiana, a cop friend told me it's a Class D infraction. Hopefully, that means "no big deal!"
