Can someone explain to me how expediting with a straight truck is profitable?

    Scenerio:
Auto parts manufacturer shuts down due to lack of raw material.
Plant reopens and is now behind schedule.
They begin to produce parts, but now the Automobile manufacturer will soon shut down without receiving these same parts.
Shipper will sometimes line up 20 expedite hot shot trucks and only load each with 1 pallet and send them toward Automobile manufacturer to ensure assembly line production continues on schedule to avoid shut down fines.

This may continue for days and weeks at a time.

53' dry vans will not be utilized again until it becomes cost effective.///

I'm talking to a Fleetowner who might let me run a Straight Truck as a Solo Driver with either Bolt Express or FedEx Custom Critical.

Could a Solo Driver make much money doing this?

I might consider teaming, but I don't know any other drivers and I'm not sure about teaming with a random person I don't know.
