Can someone help find a CDL company for new drivers ?

I’m about finish my CDL school in the next week for so it’s a CC . And then I’m going to get all my endorsements . I’ve been calling countless companies and many won’t touch me . Without 3 months -1 yr experience,

I live in MD ( closer to DC and VA borders ) . 20743

can anyone give me any tips or point me in the right direction ?

 

I’m 28 and , I should be graduating soon and I plan to get all my endorsements within the first couple weeks of graduation . Or I may just start now like you said . My trainer said I should wait . But if I can get them now I’m going go to do it now .

 

I should add I don’t mind doing OTR Or regional . Don’t really want to do local but hey if they hire me so be it .

looking for good home time aswell . Just need a start asap
