Armstrong steering boxes were geared way lower too. New trucks are about 4 turns end to end. If you lose the PS in that you’re in some trouble.

Sagging pants is ridiculous just like tall shifters, fake exhaust pipes, HUGE sun visors, etc. It became a thing, if it is a thing, when social media allowed every jagoff with a bad habit to seek fame. Also as dtivers get fatter & fatter expect to see smaller steering wheels.

Before long we’ll all be sitting in the MIDDLE of the cab. That way you’ll have room for sideways expansion.

Ironically enough, I mention jogging in this thread and when I went jogging right after posting it today I found a 20 dollar bill on the ground. It pays to exercise! That's my largest money find in my driving career. Before I found two $1 bills in the parking lot of a Starbucks, one $10 bill in a ditch in front of a neighborhood and now one $20 bill on the road behind a small medical office.

Ive got an 18" and its doable if power steering goes, but very unpleasant (pulled into a tight chicago jobsite and a hose blew on me, I made it through backing into a narrow alley so the crane could pick off me, then out of chicago and to south bend to get new hoses and oil, but was absolutely beat after that ordeal)

Back the day we had 3 log books and a hand full of white crosses too. So you didn’t time for 3 sit down meals a day or make a gourmet meal in your condo sleeper

Eating healthy is great but eating too much of it will still make you a fat butt.
