Can someone straighten this out for me

    I think the flow chart used in above post is NOT for truckers and I say this because it uses a 50% limit. Those who operate under DOT rules have an 80% limit (better then 50% shown) [if I'm understanding what the chart is saying correctly]

    The companies will never give you the full amount. Most times they base it on each trip. You simply take what you could have claimed minus what the company took and the difference you can still claim.
