There should be an adapter cord that allows you to plug it into the usb port on your computer. It should read it as an external drive and let you transfer the pictures. If it doesn't, you need to get a different phone. I hate the way they lock some of them down.

If it is locked, you might be able to send the pictures to your email. They will be compressed and you won't be able to get the full size ones off, but you'll have them. That's if you don't have an sd card that you can take out of the phone and plug into the computer.

 

Another way is to transfer by bluetooth, if your phone and laptop have bluetooth.
