Can Swift find old criminal defered sentences in background check?

Good News! Just got pre-hired by a trucking company ,now if I did it anybody can do it,Jus be honest about your criminal background.Did some homework on CDL1.COM found many trucking companies that hire ex felons,I leave this Saturday to my new career God bless & don't give up.

Wow. I did not know they hire felons. You got lucky. They are way better than the usual felon outfits like western express and paschall truck lines.

Only misdemeanors can be expunged. Felonies can't.Unless the laws have changed in the last 12 years.

I used to go to Background Criminal Investigations. BCI for short. One stop instead of visiting local police departments and counties. Even the military can't find my history. According to them, i should have no problems getting in to canada. They only way they'd find out is if they pulled up my lifetime driving history. On a DUI.
