    Yes but you take that medication when you are parked and done with everything. Don't truck drivers drink alcohol? A couple of beers and a sandwich from the truck stops before sleeping?

    Is it illegal to be intoxicated while the truck is parked and you are sleeping in it? Will cops come and arrest you for DUI? No they won't. Your truck is parked and off.

    You dont want to know what the ambulance chasing lawyers will do to you if you get in an accident and they discover you are on a daily ration of skittles. Even if you did nothing wrong and its the other guys fault you will still likely be screwed.
