I have been working for a local company for almost 5 years, but I am leaving for another company. They say that if I don’t give a two week notice then they can keep my $600 that they took from my check and put in escrow. I haven’t broken any equipment, lost any product or spoken negatively about the company. I do plan on giving the notice, but I don’t think that is right.
Can they keep my bond?

It's not, but I can't tell you what to do other than give them two weeks notice. No big deal......2 weeks.....move on.

Why worry about it now, you saw the disclaimer in the contract before you signed it.. -
Never had anyone tell me that they would deduct any money from my pay, but I would probably call in sick until they cut my last check.
Zoltan1a Thanks this.
