    because that plant is grown on land owned by the government, they own all of it. we just rent the land by paying taxes, its never actually ours, we pay on it forever and they can raise it at anytime. its how you enslave people.

    I vaguely remember someone being stopped at the US 58 scales near Norfolk for hauling wacky backy in a Ryder rental truck. I know for a fact Virginia got somebody in a rest area on I 81. I don't know about the other lower 47, but don't haul that crap in Virginia. If they discover you doing it, you will see the inside of one of our jails.
