With all due respect I can't see a large trailer filled with it, even for pain management needs. I would also imagine any interstate load is granted a DEA exception. I don't see this as a general commodity. I might be wrong, but I will need to see this in a Government website link before I will believe it.

It's grown in Ashland City and transported, legally, to states where it is legal. There are two trucking companies based there. I assume they get some business. During WWII, seeds were given to farmers to grow hemp for the war. Hearst put a stop to this after the war because he owned 1000s of acres of trees for his publishing business, and bribed politicians to make laws because pot was a "gateway" drug.

I think for general enforcement the Federal laws won't be an issue. However there are some states where this much "product" will be considered "distributing". My state Virginia is one. You try bringing this through Virginia EVEN if you are going from one legal state to another, YOU are going to need a good attorney and most likely going to be locked up here for a long time. I think for all intent and purposes the feds are getting out of this. I guess this is something that will have to be litigated. Interesting to see how it all turns out.

the only problem is that potheads arent good obedient sl@ves, better to hop your workers up on energy drinks, if pot created better workers then thats what the lawmakers would push. better to have workers hopped up on prescription meds and energy drinks than some pothead who doesnt serve your needs. save your money kids and you can actually make your own choices in life, imagine that lol

Who said it was a large trailer?

    I didn't.

You think these shipments are just done blindly?

There is coordination just like there is for other material the feds/states use.

They are escorted loads by the way.

The point is that it is as any other commodity that is hauled. There is nothing special about it other than it is treated as a high value load.

Look at the big picture though. An unarmed population is much easier to enslave/subdue. Everyone on the "legal" marijuana automatically loses their Second Amendment rights. It's a great deal for the Feds. They're willing giving away their most important right of them all! I find that to be incredibly outrageous that they are willing to give up a right that so many people died for to leave them. Our ancestors would not have ever envisioned something like this I'm certain.

I was reading a poll the other day that did similar research. One of them asked Americans if they would give up their First Amendment rights in exchange for less taxes and an overwhelming amount of them were all for it. Again, this is absolutely staggering. Freedom means nothing to most of the country. All they care about is muh football, muh material possessions, muh TV, muh iPhone and muh drugs. It's clear the freedoms our ancestors held so dearly and so desperately wanted to leave for their descendants are not appreciated.

Most of this country are walking dead. Slaves. This is where they want to be. Actions speak louder than words. Strap a screen to their faces, hand them a joint and call it an easy mostly bloodless victory.

Maybe hemp, not marijuana. At least not legally. It’s illegal to grow marijuana in TN.
Look at the map posted above. TN is listed as “fully illegal”.
