Speeding tickets do not stay on your permanent record, thus the only way of getting them from showing at all is by going to court and fighting the ticket or defensive driving school.
Looks like you're going to have to wait until next month if the company would allow one >15 ticket or at the latest November. Sorry.JMFW Thanks this. -
Thats what i was afraid of i have 3 options to go with and there cr england which i havent heard anything good about crst which im not big on being a team driver and central refrigerated which i wanted to go with but cant now...

good luck, wait until it goes off your record. dont go with a company that will make you unhappy for a year, leave oweing them money, and they will mess up your dac so bad, you wont even pull for CRST when they are done!
JMFW Thanks this. -
see if this site...http://www.expunging-dui-records.com/... can help you...at one time, you could get your record expunged BEFORE you get the CDL permit....once you get that permit...?? NO expunging can take place...
good luck to you. -

One of the guys in my class ran into this while trying to get his permit.. quickest way to handle it is to pay it off and be done with it.

Oh ive paid for the tickets thats all taken care of. Its just on my record.

It is alot easier during the initial proceedings.
One trucker told me DriversLegal got his "15-over" ticket reduced to "parking ticket" status with the plea to pay the same fine, or maybe it was even more than, the speeding ticket. All they really want is the money...
But to a driver that is a great deal!

I dont want to steal this thread but, since we are talking about tickets and CDL permits.. Does this mean that you would be denied the process to your CDL if you are not eligible for it?
